What is your return policy?
At Hi5 Toys, every order undergoes a quality check before dispatch.
- Report Within 24 Hours: Contact us via WhatsApp at 6381067878 or through our website.
- Required Proof: Share your Order ID, issue details, and a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package and its contents.
- Return Shipping: No pickup facility is available. Customers must courier approved returns to our warehouse.
- Courier Reimbursement: Eligible defective/damaged product claims qualify for return courier reimbursement up to ₹70, subject to verification and valid proof.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 2 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
