How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is placed, our team carefully processes and inspects the products to ensure they are in perfect condition. After the final quality check, your order is securely packed and handed over to our trusted courier partner.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and another notification when it is dispatched. Our delivery partners will then deliver your package within the estimated delivery timeframe.

If the delivery partner is unable to reach your address or deliver at a suitable time, they may contact you to coordinate the delivery.

How are the items packaged?

We take extra care to ensure your products reach you safely. Depending on the size and type of your order, products are packed in suitable boxes or courier covers.

Each individual product is carefully wrapped with bubble wrap, while fragile items such as bottles receive additional protective packaging.

We also have packing video of all the products we pack. We take pride in our packaging quality and have received very few complaints regarding product damage caused during transit.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Although we maintain inventory for almost 99% of our catalogue, certain products may need to be sourced directly from the brand. In such cases, dispatch may take slightly longer.

We always aim to deliver such orders within 10 days of order confirmation.

During Mega Sale Events

Due to increased order volumes during Mega Sale events, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual. We aim to:

  • Dispatch orders within 5 days of the order date

  • Deliver orders within approximately 7–10 days

Are there any shipping charges?

We offer flat-rate shipping of ₹60 across India.

Though we offer free shipping for orders above Rs4999, its not applicable for return gift orders. Shipping charges may vary for bulk orders and international orders.

What if I need urgent delivery?

Need your order urgently? 🚚

Please contact us through WhatsApp before placing your order. We may be able to arrange priority delivery using air transportation, depending on your location and the product.

Additional shipping charges may apply for urgent deliveries.
