We carefully hand pack your products within 24 to 48 working hours and dispatch

We check and pack all your products with utmost care. if you receive damaged product, it might be unfortunately happened in transit or rarely by manufacturing defect. In such case, to claim the refund , 360 degree opening video is mandatory. Mail us to support@hitoys.in or WhatsApp us within 24hrs. we try to support asap or allow us to get back to u within 24hrs.

As soon as u receive the product, take complete video of unwrapping the parcel. do send us your valuable feedback and suggest us to your friends and family.

Customers can hold your cart and dispatch later. While paying, mention in add instructions column ‘Hold the cart’. The toys u paid is blocked and will be in hold with us. Whenever You want to dispatch, you can WhatsApp us at 7010361843.

If it shows order completed, it means the order is dispatched from our end and will reach u within 2-7 working days.

To south India we use private partners who deliver next day in urgency time. To north India we send via air to make next day deliveries. Shipping cost might vary. As soon as u place order call and inform your order if for such quick delivery.

Rates for shipping outside of India varies depending on the weight of the package and the location of delivery. We suggest you to place your orders and we will get back with the shipping charges through your mode of contact.
